The Alliance Executive at BrainStorm plays a crucial role in guiding SaaS business partners (Solution Providers) to realize the transformative potential of their solution with their customers using the BrainStorm Platform. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth by spearheading the expansion of the BrainStorm platform with our partners' customers and steering these partners through every phase of the adoption process with sophisticated, executive-level selling strategies. The Alliance Executive collaborates cross functionally with internal teams to proactively craft and implement a strategic plan, capitalizing on executive relationships and proven sales initiatives.   • Drive revenue growth by working closely with our solution provider partners to develop and implement expansion strategies and initiatives of the BrainStorm platform to our partners' customers.
  • Facilitate the integration of people, products and processes between our company and strategic partners that leads to alignment and revenue growth for each party.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams internally and externally to ensure the successful expansion of the BrainStorm platform, both within our partner’s environment and their customers.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Organize and lead partnership review meetings to assess progress, share feedback, and plan future collaboration efforts across applicable functions and levels within the business.


  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS alliance experience successfully managing the relationships and initiatives that lead to mutual growth.
  • Proven track record in presenting to all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized in partner management. Experience using project management tools a plus.
  • Experience exceeding quota.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive collaborative success without having direct authority.
  • Analytical thinking to assess partnership opportunities.
  • Desire to win as part of a team.
