We are on the hunt for a Social Media and PR Intern on temporary assignment to work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media and PR Intern to assist in the development and execution of our social media and public relations strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in a tech startup environment while building brand awareness, engaging with our target audience, and shaping our company's public image.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Assist in managing and monitoring our social media platforms, including but not limited to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, to promote our brand, products, and events with consistent branding.
• Monitor social media trends, track metrics, and provide insights for optimization.

1. Community / Influencer Engagement:

• Engage with our online community and key influencers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to cultivate a strong brand presence.

1. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for social media campaigns, blog posts, press releases, or other communication channels.
• Assist in conducting research and interviews to gather insights for content development.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects our company's values and mission.

1. Public Relations:

• Support the PR function in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and key media contacts.
• Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to assess the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.

1. Event Support:

• Provide logistical support for company events, including virtual webinars, conferences, and product launches.
• Help promote events and speaking engagements through social media channels and engage with attendees before, during, and after the event.

• Currently completing a bachelor's or graduate degree or is a recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
