We are on the hunt for a Digital and Affiliate Marketing Intern on temporary assignment to work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives and affiliate partnerships. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, measuring and optimizing performance, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing:

• Assist in the development and execution of paid digital campaigns across channels including email, social media, display ads, and search engine (SEM).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), and provide actionable insights for optimization.

1. Affiliate Marketing:

• Support the affiliate marketing team in recruiting, onboarding, and tracking relationships with affiliate partners.
• Assist in developing promotional materials, affiliate newsletters, codes/links and other communication tools to support affiliate campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate activity, track referrals, and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate marketing efforts.
• Identify new opportunities for partnership growth and expansion within the affiliate marketing channel.

1. SEO and SEM / Content Creation:

• Assist in conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Support the management of paid search campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for digital marketing and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing and affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, trends, and actionable insights for optimization.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and the fintech industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is a plus., along with other digital marketing tools/platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
