We are looking to grow our sales and member success team as we scale our business. Your main responsibilities will be assisting members with financing vehicles using our proprietary lending platform. This will include reviewing automotive finance/transaction documents, coordinating with auto retailers, financial institutions, insurers and members to ensure successful completion of transactions from start to finish. This role is well suited for those who can take ownership, solve problems, have great attention to detail and have provided the best customer experience. This is a fast paced startup and we want individuals who share in our passion for reinventing the future of vehicle financing and ownership and are interested in growing with us.

This hybrid position is located mainly on-site with the option of working remotely one day per week progressing to 3 days per week as you master your responsibilities. Preferred hours 11 AM - 8 PM.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing member vehicle transactions (purchase, refinance, lease buyout) from start to finish efficiently and with great accuracy. Supporting the addition of Carputty insurance products
  • Answering phone calls, live chats and emails
  • Completing daily tasks and documenting the member journey with detailed and thorough notes in our CRM
  • Receiving, verifying and processing various documents and ensuring proper storage
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take on additional tasks as assigned

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of Customer Service / Financial Services / Automotive Industry / Account Management experience within a fast-paced environment such as a call center, financial institution, or automotive business development center
  • Highly proficient within the Google Drive platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Google Calendar and CRM systems
  • You love to collaborate with team members on how to improve an existing process
  • You are not afraid to be the voice of the member and strive to provide the best customer experience
  • Great attention to detail (Financial Transactions)
  • Have the self-motivation to drive projects forward
  • A passion for solving problems and getting customers across the finish line
  • A positive attitude: Being a team player and taking challenges head on

Salary: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
