Position Overview:We are seeking a versatile and driven Sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly from within the dealership & F&I environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in customer acquisition, sales, business development, and crafting compelling messaging across multiple channels with members, dealerships and partners/affiliates. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, bringing fresh ideas and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive member & dealership referrals
- Manage the pipeline & work all inbound leads - Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy while aligning the strategy with company growth goals (Carputty Coverage)
- Understand the industry & key competitors and become the expert on the Carputty product, understanding its nuances to present tailored solutions to internal teams and customers
- Collaborate closely with the Member Success Agent (MSA) role to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Focus on Customer Retention including Payoff Requests
- Maintain relationships with current partners/affiliates, supporting members referred from said partners/affiliates
- Optimize all communication channels, including drip campaigns
- Track and report on key performance metrics using Google Analytics, making data-driven adjustments to tactics as necessary to improve outcomes
- Dealership/Retailer Experience and knowledge of the F&I process
- Extensive experience working inside a dealership, with a deep understanding of the automotive sales process and customer behavior
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and outreach in a sales environment
- Strong ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with different audiences across various communication channels.
- Can manage different projects at one time, comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to the ever-changing demands of a startup
- A clear communicator with meticulous attention to detail
- Innovative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and drive creative solutions
- A team player who works well in cross-functional teams and communicates effectively with different stakeholders
