We Are Hiring

We are looking to hire a Business Development Rep to work with our tight-knit team with a focus on enterprise accounts. You will have an opportunity to develop relationships with Fortune 1000 brands and gain exposure to both sales and marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify inbound demo requests and evangelize the Claravine brand
  • Work as part of an account based team to nurture potential relationships and generate qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel
  • Execute prospecting and outreach programs via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage key stakeholder relationships with marketing and sales leaders
  • Play a core role in 3rd party events, Claravine-hosted events, and other campaigns
  • Utilize data to craft personalized outbound messages that resonate with target accounts, driving meaningful engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing team to prioritize efforts, refine strategies, share results and plan next steps
  • Collaborate with internal Sales teams to ensure transparent and efficient coordination of activities
  • Use Martech tools like Salesforce, Hubspot and N.Right to personalize campaigns

Requirements

  • Demonstrated willingness to think creatively and take personal initiative to achieve results
  • Ability to develop a core knowledge of B2B technology and corresponding customer needs
  • Lead generation/sales calling experience
  • Full-time experience in B2B customer-facing role with responsibility for customer outcomes (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like MixMax
  • Plus: experience with Marketing Automation and ABM tools
  • Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts Degree, or equivalent

The starting annual on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $75,000.00 and is commensurate upon experience.
