LOCATION: Houston Hybrid

As a Color Factory Accounting Manager, you'll manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and budget management. You'll also:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts

  • Manage the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop budgets & analyze variances

  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, & internal controls to ensure compliance & safeguard company assets

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning


You have the experience to navigate areas of expertise with confidence. You stay current with industry trends and practices, and can spot promising new ones on the horizon.

  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.)

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with ADP and QuickBooks preferred

  • Progressive experience in accounting roles and fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

  • CPA certification preferred but not required
