About the Role

As a Color Factory Facilities Manager you'll oversee the visual and functional components of the installations and venue to ensure the highest quality guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency. You'll also:

• Maintain the museum quality aesthetics and function of all installations

• Work with facilities team and external vendors to maintain building operations

• Demonstrate knowledge of artistic and safety best practices

• Oversee technician training and development to ensure confident skill execution

• Project manage in house maintenance and venue updates

Specific Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we recommend these qualifications:

• Power tools expertise and safety best practices

• Chemical safety, OSHA certification preferred

• Knowledge of paint best practices

• ICC certification, certification for building to code preferred
