We believe in color’s unique ability to spark delight and to break down barriers so people can reconnect with themselves and others. Almost everyone could benefit from an injection of color and Color Factory’s aim is to not only provide it, but to make it accessible and approachable for all.

About the Role

About You

You continually consider how each idea enhances or detracts from the customer experience. You don't sacrifice the customer experience for the sake of convenience or efficiency. You raise concerns when the customer experience is potentially at risk, even in difficult situations or conversations.

You make decisions that improve the lives of others, even if it means more work on the back end. You understand what motivates each individual. You have the vision to see when a short-term challenge can yield a long-term gain with greater benefit to others.

You inspire others to action and create meaning for tasks and projects. You motivate through challenge and reward, and celebrate the accomplishments of others.

You treat failure as a valuable opportunity for learning and growth. You understand that skills and abilities can be developed through effort, study, and persistence.

You proactively seek opportunities to help individuals and the team get stronger. You don't hesitate to share developmental feedback and to provide encouragement when times are tough. You help others do more than they thought possible.

You believe in and promote the company values, and embody our values in words and actions. You respect and honor the diversity of the entire community.
