eVisit is seeking a General Counsel with experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) to provide legal guidance and support for our rapidly growing Telehealth platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters related to healthcare regulations, privacy, contracting, intellectual property, and litigation.

The General Counsel will report to the CFO and work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risk. You will be joining a team of passionate and experienced professionals dedicated to simplifying healthcare delivery to everyone, everywhere.

• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in healthcare information technology, with a preference for
• experience at a telehealth or digital health company
• Excellent legal and analytical skills with the ability to advise executives on complex legal issues
• Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and
• state-specific regulations
• Experience negotiating and drafting agreements with healthcare providers, vendors, and clients, and
• employees
• Proven success in executing on merger and acquisition transactions (M&A)
• Ability to manage internal and external legal resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• JD degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
