About Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations leader in LATAM, who will be responsible for executing long-term operational business strategies and programs, as well as providing day-to-day support to employees at all levels of the organization to ensure our employees feel supported and empowered to do their best work through a growing self-service model.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage, coach, and develop organizational health routines, including sustainable team growth, team design, and division of work for our awesome team of People Operations Partners in LATAM.
  • Oversee an improve our regional case management process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of tickets, streamlining and documenting our process to share services across team members where possible, and creating attainable metrics, competencies, and KPIs for measuring team success.
  • Partner cross functionally to support our HR, IT, and Payroll functions to create scalable and repeatable processes across the People Team organization
  • Participate in and facilitate projects including performance cycles, engagement surveys, process standardization and acquisition integrations. Serving as an advisor to leadership on broader operational objectives and local regulatory impacts/requirements for these projects.
  • Serve as our Workday data expert; taking the lead to troubleshoot and correct data integrity issues as well as identify root causes to eliminate future risks.
  • Lead system enhancement projects for the people ops function: Defining requirements, assisting with process design, testing and change management with the business.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize and ensure the team has dedicated resources to see projects through to delivery.
  • Partner with our Total Rewards team on LATAM benefits strategies. Building strong relationships with external vendors to negotiate and manage benefit packages, while overseeing successful administration of benefits programs.
  • Consult with local lawyers and our compliance teams to stay current on employment laws and compliance regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are up to date and published.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of related HR experience in a dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills - Ability to communicate complex concepts in a structured manner and lead change management for process enhancement initiatives at a global level.
  • Experience working with global HR teams, ensuring the company complies and is up to date with current local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Expert knowledge in HR service delivery with the ability to scale and grow global shared services.
  • Strong ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maturity.
  • Deep analytical expertise and problem solving skills - ability to interpret data and produce relevant metrics to support decision making.
  • Strong preference for experience with Workday & Jira.
  • Advanced English speaking level.
