Junior Full Stack Technical Support

We are seeking a talented Junior Full Stack Technical Support to join our dynamic team in the support area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with Java and SQL. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support.
  • Receive tickets from customer requests, review them, and route them to the appropriate department.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • You will have a 2-month training period to understand the products and the business.

Requirements:

  • Advanced student or graduate of Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, among others.
  • Desirable 1 year of experience working with Java and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • English Advance Level (Desirable).
