The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Designer, Talent Development to lead and enhance our talent development initiatives. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing programs that cultivate the growth and advancement of our employees, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
What you’ll do:
- Develops and delivers programmatic content across Talent Management initiatives (ie. Employee Engagement, Diversity Equity & Inclusion)
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops using diverse instructional techniques
- Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to identify development needs and opportunities.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders and high-potential employees.
- Support organizational change initiatives with effective change management strategies and training
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role (will be delivering content to managers)
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record of designing, building and implementing successful talent development programs in a global highly matrixed organization
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in learning management systems and learning authoring tools including Articulate 360
