About the role

We are looking a Project Manager with a strong background in software project delivery for external clients, particularly in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional client relationship management skills and a proven ability to work with senior management to ensure successful project execution.

Responsabilities

Customer Management & Delivery

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders through effective communication and consistent delivery of value.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, addressing client pain points and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project deliveries, meeting KPIs such as revenue, gross profit, billing, client satisfaction, and NPS.

Project Management

  • Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with SLAs, internal methodologies, and best practices.
  • Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure resource optimization across teams.
  • Track performance, billing, and contractual aspects (renewals, extensions, etc.), and provide reports for steering committees and project health checks.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across IT, business, and delivery teams.
  • Lead and evaluate project teams, including Project Managers and Scrum Masters, focusing on performance, commitment, and potential.
  • Foster a positive team environment, motivating team members and ensuring effective communication.

Skills

  • Proven experience in delivering software projects for external clients in industries such as tech consulting, IT services, or development factories, with preference for financial services.
  • Proficiency in managing financial aspects of projects, including billing and cost control.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP HANA, KPIs, and financial processes.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and handle challenging conversations effectively.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective time management and accountability.
  • Adaptability to change and emerging challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, collaboration, and trust-building.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
