Galileo Financial Technologies, LLC seeks Senior Network Engineer in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Build the future of Galileo networks with designs treating infrastructure as code. Design,
configure, and test automated network administration. Partner with engineering and customers to
design and implement new solutions while improving the resilience of the modern surroundings.
Partner with security to ensure that our network design and implementation. Troubleshoot, diagnose,
and resolve hardware, software, and other network problems. Communicate tradeoffs in
implementation options to team members and leadership. Ensure the network performance provides
the level of service required for a high-speed low latency payment processor while adhering to PCI best
practices and requirements. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science,
Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of
software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Network Engineering; (2) Architecture Development; (3) Process
Optimization; (4) Cloud Networking; (5) Wireshark; (6) Virtual WAN; (7) Load Balancer; and (8) MySQL.
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an
option.
Salary: $145,000.00 - $166,750.00 per annum.
