The Job:

Join our team as an IT System Operations Analyst, where you'll assist, monitor, and support client and internal requests. Your focus will be on implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and improving applications and infrastructure, particularly in Microsoft Azure. This role involves managing virtualized servers, participating in cloud migration projects, and ensuring compliance with operational policies.

What you will be doing:

  • Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft SQL issues for internal and external customers.
  • Manage virtualized servers, optimizing VMware storage performance.
  • Participate in migrating co-location infrastructure to Azure, providing technical expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with Epicor EDI operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams on multiple projects.
  • Foster strong communication within a dispersed team.
  • Occasional after-hours support for critical systems.

What you will likely bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technology, with a strong background in infrastructure, networking, storage, and virtualization.
  • At least 2 years of specialized/industry experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within the field.
  • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft SQL, VMWare, and Azure, enabling you to effectively analyze and address complex technical issues.
