Product Manager

The Product Manager focuses on delivering superior user experiences and customer value, with strong skills in product road-mapping, business case analysis, and go to market strategy. It will drive the creation of products based on objective customer and user research, market analysis, and industry trends. You must be comfortable with all communication channels including public speaking.

PM will actively work with our internal stakeholders to develop their ideas into future product enhancements, and will own the process for collecting and maintaining a repository of ideas to continue to support the product growth. PM will ensure product quality, performance, and user satisfaction by being actively engaged with our customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, local partners and external contributors to document and define enhancement requests.
  • Be responsible for defining priorities for the product expansion.
  • Work with other members of the product team to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our approach in the market.
  • Manage the product backlog, release plan, and roadmap, communicating these to your stakeholders.
  • Support the product launch, marking, and adoption activities.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and insights to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Analyze potential partner relationships to further our local and regional proposition.

What you will likely bring:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and delivering products to market
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Creativity, innovation, and customer focus
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of strategic planning and business case development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the ERP or manufacturing domains, iScala a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
