The Job:

The Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. From ensuring a stock of office supplies to managing the office calendar. The administrative assistant responsibilities included making travel and meeting arrangements preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like Excel and office equipment.

What you will be doing:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

What you will likely bring:

  • Great Writing and Verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
