The Job:

We're looking for a Renewal Sales Representative, Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to existing customers to secure license and product renewals, all while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve quota by selling license/product renewal by phone and email.
  • Update and maintains records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Work within an established customer and territory.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers.

What you will likely bring:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic product knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
