The Senior ERP Support and QA Specialist; provides support for more complex CSG-developed solutions. Responsibilities include ensuring CSG team maintains an acceptable level of support to those customers subscribing to a CSG maintenance service agreement and that the CSG team delivers quality and rigorously tested solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Investigates, diagnoses and reports issues.
- Determines if issues are CSG-related or general product.
- Prioritizes issues.
- Documents issues with sufficient details to allow for replication, investigation and diagnosis.
- Collaborates with Solution Architects and Developers to close reported issues.
- Builds test environments.
- Installs CSG solutions into test environment, internally and for the customer.
- Tests solutions as per agreed in design documentation.
- Communicates/advises Custom Solutions team of observations found during testing and troubleshooting of installations.
What you will likely bring:
- Previous support or QA experience.
- Previous exposure to ERP or similar enterprise products.
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Office/remote-based.
- Travel up to 5%.
What could set you apart:
- 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
