What you will be doing:

This position reviews outstanding bills, contacts Epicor clients, and works with them on resolving delinquent accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and phone skills, with a background in collections or accounting.

• Meet or exceed monthly forecast collections targets for assigned regions.
• Communicate with customers and document disputes following ESC Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with management to mitigate financial risks and improve forecast goals.
• Maintain customer accounts, reduce outstanding balances, and prepare accounts for collections.
