About the Role:

We are seeking a product manager who will foster strong vendor partnerships to drive product innovation and excellence. This role will develop and maintain strategic relationships with our vendors. You will work closely with our product teams and external partners to ensure the seamless integration of services and products, contributing to our overall success.

What You’ll Do:

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with current and potential vendors.
• Partner with our vendors to evaluate new features and software to add to the portfolio
• Work closely with other members of the ISV (Integrated Software Vendor) team to ensure the vendors are meeting the requirements of their contracts
• Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive product development.
• Review customer-focused suggestions with vendors to influence their roadmap.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, vendor management, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and supply chain processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, Project) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Similar Product Management experience gained within and ERP or Enterprise software company.
• Knowledgeable in Finance or Accounting, Manufacturing and Distribution practices across the globe.
