Implementation Consultant | Eagle

Join us as a Professional Services Consultant! Lead consulting engagements by taking charge of implementation tasks, ensuring top-quality deliverables, and collaborating with Project Managers to organize and control work plan tasks. Bring your leadership skills to project teams, engagements, and consulting practices while independently working with clients to drive successful outcomes with minimal supervision.

What you will be doing:

• Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
• Interact with members of cross-functional teams.
• Assist Project Manager in determining direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project.
• Establish solid working relationships throughout the Epicor and Customer organizations.
• Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks.
• Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time and on budget.
• Perform training and knowledge sharing with peers.
• Perform customer core team training.

What you will likely bring:

• Expertise in all core modules of the Eagle software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet utilizations targets and completes project deliverables on time
• Project management skills and technical background
• Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks
• Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Qualification:

• 5+ years applicable supply chain, retail, automotive and/or demonstrated success/knowledge
• 3+ years of consulting experience preferred
• Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket and/or the Vision product is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
