Renewal Representative

The Renewal Representative is responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing customers to secure a license/product renewal. Responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes and updating/maintaining records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provides product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal upon request
  • Works within an established customer and territory.
  • Takes ownership of renewals of the designated customer base in timely manner with required specifics
  • Handles all contract renewal connected amendments, like upgrades, downgrades, pricing, transfers, and migrations.
  • Supports actively Sales team and partners
  • Analyzes customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
  • Provides accurate updates in the relevant systems to ensure customer details are correct.
  • Builds and maintains a positive relationship with customers and partners.
  • Works with other teams such as Sales Operations, Credit Controls, Billing and Support to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Ability to learn and apply strong product knowledge
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
