Description & Requirements

Customer Success Partner

The Customer Success Partner identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities, specifically with our Kyklo product. Develops and manages alliance/partnerships and opportunity pipelines and ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of customer accounts.

What you will be doing:

  • On-board customers through in-person visitation and webinar sessions
  • Assist customer engagement with their end-user base to further digital journey
  • Develops business relationships with Epicor partners to identify 3rd party software integrators to assist customer in the integration of Kyklo into their ERP system
  • Attends tradeshows from/with Epicor partners to generate leads and/or create new sales opportunities
  • Works cross functionally with Product Development and Product Marketing to develop resources for Epicor partners to help them introduce Epicor products
  • Provide timely support to account’s internal projects involving Epicor products to ensure successful delivery of the solution

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide strong feedback to Kyklo leadership where customers are and why they are at that level
  • A background in B2B dealing with distributors, ERP systems, software project implementation, or change management
  • Ability to take local initiatives to accelerate, when necessary, the progression of a customer. Using outside of the box thinking and cultural awareness to motivate.
  • Be able to build and develop relationships throughout the customers organization. Strong problem solving skills
  • Be able to develop strategic goals and metrics for each customer
  • Good negotiation skills for contract discussions and overall management of the customer
  • An extremely strong background in self-motivation and an ability to not be discouraged

What could set you apart:

  • Proven ability to deploy a project while mixing both internal and external people. Converting people to partners.
  • A willingness and ability to have technical savviness of the KYKLO SOM Platform. Articulate technical features into business processes while mastering the related business benefits.
  • Knowledge of B2B customer support/Management, experience in software or ERP
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
