We’re seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of key data initiatives that impact multiple functions across the organization. This role is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with strategic thinking to shape the future of analytics at Epicor.
What you will be doing:
- Building dashboards and analysis to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Defining and maintaining key KPI definitions utilized across all Epicor departments.
- Identifying complex problems, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that improve business performance.
- Documenting and validating business and technical requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting and reporting processes.
- Analyzing features and contributing to designs from a customer-centric perspective.
- Taking leadership in projects, mentoring team members, and onboarding new analysts.
- Proactively analyzing data to address stakeholder inquiries and uncover performance improvement opportunities.
What you will likely bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the software industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience creating databases and enhancing data frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven project management and prioritization skills.

- A proven ability to lead, train, and inspire team members while delivering high-impact solutions.
