Financial Services Specialist

The Financial Services Specialist is focused on resolution of past due accounts within the parameters of existing credit and collections policies as well as decision making and judgment regarding accounts receivable and account reconciliation.
What you will be doing:
Manage accounts receivable for assigned territory.
Contact customers for payment promises, follow-ups, and escalate issues if needed.
Liaise with sales and service teams to resolve disputes and process credit memos.
Resolve past-due balances and secure Purchase Orders when required.
Perform AR/Collections reporting and analysis.
Enter electronic invoices for customer accounts.
Reconcile accounts, including providing details and submitting tie-offs or refund requests.
Review account status, secure payment commitments, and document updates.

Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data entry
Excellent costumer orientation
Work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

2+ years applicable experience
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills/tasks
