Help shape the employee experience through data-driven insights! As an Employee Experience Data Specialist, you will oversee and manage Epicor’s Workday Peakon Employee Voice survey process, turning data into actionable insights to enhance business strategies and improve employee engagement globally. You will be responsible for analyzing survey results, crafting data-driven reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance Epicor's employee experience initiatives. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience creating impactful presentations.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage Epicor’s quarterly Workday Peakon Employee Voice survey, ensuring seamless execution and accurate data collection.

  • Analyze and interpret survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive strategic planning.

  • Create and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and reports that effectively communicate project progress and key findings to stakeholders.

  • Prepare accurate and timely project status reports to maintain transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Stay updated on employee experience trends, recommend metrics to align with business goals, and provide innovative insights to improve engagement programs.

  • Contribute to Epicor’s global employee experience strategy by supporting culturally specific engagement programs across multiple regions.

What you will likely bring:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and a preference for familiarity with Workday.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in data reporting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and impactful stakeholder engagement.

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or employee engagement.

  • A proactive mindset with an interest in employee experience trends and metrics.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
