Learning & Development Consultant

The Learning and Development Consultant designs, develops and delivers organizational learning experiences, supporting the delivery of the Learning and Development strategy across the company.
What you will be doing:
- Design and develop simple learning paths and materials.
- Create instructional text, scripts, simulations, Q&As, guides, SharePoint content, online courses, manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Facilitate learning paths, deliver in-person and virtual training, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Host Q&A sessions and business simulations, shadow learners, and provide feedback.
- Get design plans approved by business leaders.
- Schedule training sessions, book venues/equipment, and coordinate external training programs.
- Provide onboarding support to new hires.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build blended learning assets for various industries, products, roles, and regions.
- Maintain learning assets and document course attendance and records.
- Stay updated on business and Learning and Development strategies and objectives for assigned projects.
What you will likely bring:
- 3+ years of relevant experience with proven success.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter, and independent worker.
- Creative and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with various teams and customers.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
