The Job

Transform financial processes and drive business success! As the Senior Finance Manager, an individual contributor role, you will oversee the functional/department budget and forecasting process, ensuring financial results align with company goals and targets. You will report up to the VP of FP&A and will be responsible for implementing necessary processes and controls, providing critical business partnering, and supporting decision-making through detailed analysis. We are seeking applicants with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a passion for innovation.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work with FP&A functional owners to develop standard KPI’s, QBR’s and ensure full end to end tracking.
  • Modernize FP&A reporting and in depth analysis of Revenue and Cost by upgrading FP&A tech stack.
  • Build and maintain Epicor 5 Year plan
  • Analyze and report on key drivers of business and company performance, including monthly and quarterly results and variance analysis.
  • Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for aligned client group.
  • Develop models and methods to analyze and project outcomes. Provide training to the finance / operational teams as assigned.
  • Works with various members of senior management to develop, interpret and implement financial and modeling concepts or techniques related to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results.

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in a large organization
  • Strong presentation skills, including ability to anticipate questions and perspectives and provide timely and well thought out answers
  • Excellent organizational skills, deadline-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Must have the ability to work independently and be resourceful
  • Experience with Global, Shared Service, Divisional and/or Corporate experience preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment and instill a sense of urgency
  • Proven record of process improvement and streamlining functions Team player adept at building relationships across the organization

What could set you apart:

  • 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge 5+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Range:

Minimum: $100,000.00 USD Maximum: $250,000.00 USD
