The Facilities Manager oversees the team responsible for ensuring that the workplace meets the needs of employees by managing all of the services required for the facility. This position supports the organization by providing the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.
What you will be doing:
- Provides strategic planning and oversight of day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.
- Organizes travel arrangements both domestic and international, including travel ticketing, hotel booking, visa processing and arrangement of travel documents.
- Coordinates logistics of employee activities and events.
- Operational and capital budgeting.
- Infrastructure management for critical infrastructure supporting Epicor data rooms.
- Emergency response and risk mitigation for the company.
- Vendor and facility management across countries while maintaining offices in compliance with local jurisdictions.
- Physical security and video surveillance for all offices under your responsibility.
- Knowledge and understanding of building automation systems.
What you will bring:
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good Team Player
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principle

- 5+ years progressive facilities management experience
- 3+ years managing and developing employees
