Senior Data Analyst

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across the organization.
What you will be doing:
Build dashboard to build analysis to key stakeholders
Define key KPI definitions leveraged by Epicor
Discovers complex problems, requirements and designs solutions
Documents business and technical requirements and works with multiple teams to prioritize and validate features
Proactively identify issues causing inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes.
Participates in the research of inquiries from other departments.
Take leadership and ownership of projects and implementing new processes.
Analyzes features and contributes to the design from the customer's perspective.
Independently owns projects.
Lead, train, inspire, and onboard other analyst members of the team and across other functions.
Define key KPI definitions leveraged by Epicor
Mentors the team on process capabilities.
What you will likely bring:
Experience with Data Visualization tools such as tableau, Domo, Power BI or similar.
Experience with Data Cleaning
Python
SQL , MySQL
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Critical Thinking
Strong English Communication Skills
