The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing sales related support to both customers and other sales teams. Understands sales strategies and internal processes to assist customers and the sales team's strategic focus on the sales cycle.

What you will be doing:

  • Thoroughly review sales applications to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to underwriting.

  • Assist in data entry to be able to provide information to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Research and respond to inquiries regarding sales orders and responds to both employee's and customer's inquiries

  • Update Salesforce.com on all customer related activities and opportunities associated with assigned quotes

  • Understand current sales strategies, internal processes and departments involvement in the sales and support to customers

  • Support the CAM sales team in their sales efforts to meet AOP

What you will bring:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated ability to help solve problems and handle customers in a professional matter

  • Outlook experience required

  • Salesforce.com experience preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to interact with employees, customers and third parties in a professional matter

  • Detail oriented, motivates and ability to take initiative to improve customer experience

  • 2+ years applicable experience
