As a Technical Application Principal, you will provide technical guidance and resolution to advanced escalated cases pertaining to our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process and strategy improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction. We are seeking applicants with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a knack for innovative problem-solving.
What you will be doing:
- Leads problem identification and provides guidance for solving advanced escalated cases independently using industry trends knowledge.
- Serves as a customer advocate for customer issues and needs.
- Analyze customer configuration and issues to think out of the box to resolve or find an alternative solution to a problem.
- Provide technical expertise to conduct specific performance or functional tests associated with resolving issues.
- Develops processes and techniques to gather, track and triage issues; assess their validity and routes to the appropriate team.
- Designs, develops and implements corrective and improvement solutions revolving around specific areas in the products that seem to require the most support.
- Collaborates and offers recommendations to improve company products and report recurring issues.
- Liaises between technical support, product development or customer success manager on issues as part of the larger customer support effort.
What you will likely bring:
- 8+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to propose and implement new ideas.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines (technical and time management) and mentor others.
- Ability to consult, lead and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies; strong technical skills.
- Database administration, installation and configuration experience.
What could set you apart:
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications or analytical tools.
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
- SaaS or e-Commerce experience.
