Focused on achieving product license renewals, maintaining positive customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities while working within an established customer territory.

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve quota by selling license and product renewals via phone and email, with opportunities for upselling when applicable.
  • Provide customers with renewal dates and pricing details to ensure timely renewals.
  • Work within an assigned customer territory, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify lead generation opportunities to expand the territory and drive upsells.
  • Analyze customer feedback to understand product expectations, satisfaction levels, and abandonment risks, documenting this data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with teams, such as Sales Operations, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

What you will likely bring:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply strong product knowledge.
