The Job
As an HR Operations Intern, you will engage in meaningful projects and hands-on tasks, gaining valuable experience in a corporate environment. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, learning from their expertise while contributing to the success of the team and the organization.
What you will be doing:
Work closely with the HR team and manager to support global projects and initiatives.
Help organize and update employee files, documents, and records, gaining hands-on experience with HR operations.
Get involved in various operational tasks, such as process management, reporting, and data tracking, to build your skills.
Share your ideas and suggestions to improve HR processes and make a real impact on the team.
Take on a variety of administrative tasks like email management, audits, and supporting the team with different HR activities.
Assist with ensuring compliance by helping with employee file audits and understanding regulatory practices.
Manage and respond to emails, answering questions from employees, new hires, hiring managers, and candidates, while gaining exposure to key HR processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills.
Must be a well-organized team player with a can-do attitude.

Excellent research and analytical skills.
Must possess a strong customer service mindset.
Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
What could set you apart:
Currently pursuing a college degree.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
