The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial information and lead the general accounting processes. They will play a vital role in the organization and will impact the business by aligning the performance of their team with the overarching departmental and organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage the monthly close process (calendars, reviews, reconciliations, analysis, reporting)
· Manage worldwide consolidations of 50+ entities and allocations
· Review or prepare key reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures
· Prepare, review, and approve high volume of journal entries and reconciliations
· Oversee and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and controls (“SOX-like quality”)
· Recommend and assist to develop financial systems solutions and requirements for new or enhancements to existing applications
· Assist with the execution of quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits.
What You Need to Succeed:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· CPA License preferred
· 5+ years accounting experience
· 3+ years public accounting experience
· 1+ years management experience
· Technology, SaaS, or related industries experience preferred
· Experience with multi-company and multi-location environment
· Experience with international accounting, including multi-currency translations.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and instill a sense of urgency
