The Renewal Sales Representative, Sr is focused on achieving quota by managing license/product renewals and identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while working within an established customer base and territory.

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve quotas by selling license/product renewals through phone and email, offering upsell opportunities when applicable.
  • Provide product renewal dates and pricing details to customers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Identify and pursue lead generation opportunities to expand territory and drive upsells.
  • Analyze customer feedback to capture product expectations, satisfaction, and potential abandonment risks in the CRM system.
  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales Operations, to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Strong product knowledge with a willingness to learn and apply technical details.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to building strong customer relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
