As a Technical Application Specialist you will diagnose, troubleshoot and test solutions in Kinetic/ ERP product in financial area.

What you will be doing:

  • Engage with customers via email or chat to diagnose application issues, troubleshoot problems, and test solutions with precision. Document resolutions and escalate cases as needed.

  • Resolve challenging software or system failures using a customer-centric approach and your in-depth functional product knowledge.

  • Apply your understanding of financial and accounting principles to address ERP-related challenges in the financial domain.

  • Communicate system malfunction issues with Development Team

  • Stay up-to-date with ERP software updates and/or changes to be able to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers.

  • Work closely with Product Management, Product Development and Cloud team to address client concerns, resolve system malfunctions and ensure continuous product improvement.

  • Contribute and use department's knowledge base articles and FAQ's.

What you will likely bring:

  • Experience in ERP systems or similar software is a plus.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Customer experience skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be beneficial.
