As a Sales Development Intern at Hallo, you’ll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building the foundation for a world-class sales development team at our innovative startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach: Raise awareness and generate interest in Hallo through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Scheduling: Book discovery calls for Account Executives by connecting with prospective customers.
  • Activity Goals: Meet or exceed daily outreach targets (e.g., 80-100 activities).
  • Account Management: Manage and strategize your book of accounts to maximize results.
  • Collaboration: Share insights and learn from best practices with team members.
  • Feedback: Provide input to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the SDR role.

Qualifications:

  • You are located within a commutable distance to Provo, Utah, and can be on-site for 15-20 hours per week.
  • Passion for sales and business development, with prior experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, enabling you to overcome challenges.
  • High work ethic and coachable attitude, ready to implement feedback.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $13 per hour.
  • $20 per confirmed scheduled appointment.
  • 10% commission on revenue from closed deals.
