As a fast-paced, early-stage venture capital backed B2B SaaS company, we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative in the EU/UK to help us continue our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a consultative sales approach, grit, and be highly organized throughout the prospecting cycle.

We’re in the market for an SDR who’s fearless in prospecting and warm outreach (email & phone calls). This needs to be a talented salesperson who succeeds through integrity, grit, and fulfilling customer needs. We are looking for someone who is coachable, consultative, organized, friendly, and comfortable with outbound prospecting. (This includes LinkedIn outreach, Hubspot warm lead outreach, and a portion of cold calling). In return, you will have the chance to sell an especially unique product to broaden your sales portfolio, and get your foot in the door at a growing startup SaaS company.

This role will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with our team to collaborate and drive revenue.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage pipeline from initial outreach to scheduling the demo for our AE’s

Call & email potential prospects / warm leads

Be a master of organization- with detailed prospecting and follow up process

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement

Immerse yourself in our product and understand the value proposition for our ICP

Be coachable & use data-driven strategies to drive sales goals

Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and pain points, communicating the value of Kadence products with ease

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a hunger for success

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1+ years of high-growth sales / SDR experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets

Experience leveraging sales CRM and lead generation platforms are a + (like Hubspot and ZoomInfo to grow outbound contacts & convert them into leads)

Highly organized with demonstrated track record

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and team members

Has hunger to learn and a passion for results

A drive to work in a fast-paced, international and ever-changing environment
