Sales Development Representative SDR (Level 2)

As the Sales
Development Rep (SDR), You’ll grow the business and by prospecting, educating
and qualifying leads to creating sales-ready opportunities. This position requires
an absolute go-getter’s mentality. This is not a role for folks that need to be
told what to do. At Literal, we only hire the best and the brightest. We trust
you to take the vision, understand the end goal and employ your own creative
solution to reaching those milestones successfully. Of course, you’ll be surrounded
by amazingly supportive friends and co-workers along the way!
Requirements
Note: that although on the job training is
available (Including 4 weeks at an SDR Boot camp), the ideal candidate will
already have some experience in Sales. Additional requirements may include:
· - A competitive appetite and
ability to push yourself to hitting daily success metrics
· - Ability and comfort in Picking
up the phone and talking directly to customers
· - Ability to write compelling email
copy
· - Experience in sales and the art
of persuasion
