We are looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations team as part of Order Management. As part of this team, you will work with senior management to ensure that both customers and sales representatives are supported through Lucid’s sales process.   • Work directly with sales reps to process order requests of varying size and complexity in our CRM and billing systems
  • Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of bookings, license provisioning, and customer invoicing
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures based on client use cases
  • Be an advocate and partner to internal organizations by understanding the complex needs of the sales and Revenue Operations organizations
  • Drive process improvements to current order process to improve sales rep experience as well as reduce overall processing time
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in deal desk, accounts receivable, order management, business operations, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or similar field
  • Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Experience working in a billing, invoicing, or order management system
