We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Program Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic enablement programs designed to support the entire GTM (Go-to-Market) sales and Customer Success (CS) organization across multiple regions and departments. These programs aim to standardize and align processes, tools, and best practices across various roles, ensuring consistency and excellence in our global operations.

Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive enablement plans and programs aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks for success to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives.

Program Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales and CS team.
  • Create universal playbooks, sales tools, and content to support a wide range of Sales and CS activities.
  • Plan, design, and develop global enablement programs for large-scale initiatives including product training, operational excellence, competitive intelligence, selling skills as well as assist in writing global communications.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, professional services, Rev Ops, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and CS teams to gather feedback and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to enhance the skills of our revenue teams and improve the effectiveness of our enablement programs.

Content Management:

  • Develop and manage a repository of enablement materials ensuring easy access and regular updates.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on program impact and performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent years’ experience in related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs supporting revenue-generating teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using enablement platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Takes initiative; demonstrates a strong internal drive to meet deliverables in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience is sales within a SaaS organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Slides, and Articulate 360.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Clari.
