About the role

Our Director of Content and Communications will lead content production creating and implementing communication strategies that will help increase stakeholder engagement and propel our brand’s image. You will partner with marketing and other PebblePost team members to establish the right messaging and themes in our content production while documenting new and improving existing procedures.

You will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

You will:

  • Create and deliver content strategy aligned with our marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw your audience’s attention
  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, brand partnerships, and design teams to plan and develop website and stand-alone content
  • Build our communications strategy
  • Develop a brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms
  • Research and implement internal and external communications strategies to build brand awareness and increase visibility
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure SMEs and other stakeholders are on board
  • Establish guidelines and manage content production aligned with campaign objectives
  • Contribute to the production of PR and marketing materials
  • Maintain existing and create new relationships with key contacts in (digital) media
  • Track and report on the progress and success of our content and communications campaigns

You have:

  • 10+ years of experience managing Content Production or Communications
  • Written and edited B2B copy for target personas including websites, eBooks, webinars and pitch decks
  • Experience telling engaging, memorable, and influential stories to brand personas that result in longer-term relationships with a clear understanding of the company’s value
  • Partnered with sellers, account managers, and existing clients to master the understanding of the needs of prospects during all phases of the sales funnels
  • Demonstrated knowledge of writing B2B content with the fully designed end state in mind. This means being able to provide direction to other design and layout specialists on how to turn the copy into an engaging experience for the end user.
  • Developed and delivered content on social media platforms; especially LinkedIn and X (“Twitter”)
  • Managed projects in a B2B environment and partnered with other specialist stakeholders (design, developers, sales, brand partnerships, C-Level executives) to ensure their contribution to the overall project is understood, done to expectations, and completed in a timely manner
  • Written executive-level communications taking into consideration their voice and message are compelling to their target audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant fields

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).

Salary range: Low: $160,000 - High: $180,000
