We’re looking to hire an Associate Product Integrations Manager to help develop, implement and maintain customer data integrations. You will support SalesRabbit’s integration marketplace, build scalable, out-of-the-box integration solutions, and drive additional third party or custom integrations powered by Tray.io. You will also maintain and improve existing integrations to help adoption across our customer base.

Here’s How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Assist in building and maintaining integrations using our low-code embedded iPaaS solution.
  • Support Product Integration Managers by contributing to integration projects across the SalesRabbit organization.
  • Conduct initial product discovery with users to help identify potential integration opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional SalesRabbit teams over Integrations to assist in planning and prioritizing integration tasks, ensuring projects are on track.
  • Provide support to the Customer Success team by learning and assisting with new integration solutions and features.
  • Assist in coordinating with Business Development and Marketing teams to help deliver new partnerships and third-party integrations.
  • Help triage and escalate integration issues and bugs as they arise.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality integration documentation.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with software, setting up integrations, or following technical operating procedures.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks or small-scale integration projects.
  • A willingness to learn and explain technical concepts to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • A mindset focused on growth, eager to develop new skills and contribute to scaling business practices.
  • Strong communication skills to keep your team and key stakeholders informed about progress.
  • A desire to understand the "why" behind your work and the impact it has on the business.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about APIs, webhooks, and data structures like JSON, XML, etc.
  • Familiarity with Postman or similar client tooling is a plus.

And it would just ice the cake if you have:

  • Exposure to or experience with iPaaS solutions like Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or Mulesoft.
  • Basic or entry-level coding knowledge in Javascript and/or Python.
  • Experience or a strong interest in learning about JSON-RPC APIs.
