About the Role:

This Staff Accountant role requires a balance between attention to accounts receivable processes and a broader understanding of the overall financial picture through general ledger activities. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
billing and collections are timely, complete and accurate.

What We Expect:
Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
3+ years of accounting related experience
Proficiency in accounting ERP systems with NetSuite experience desired
Ability and willingness to work cross functionally with teams in the organization
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to details
Strong Excel skills required

What You Will Do:
Process accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations.
Calculate and book unbilled revenue related to affiliates.
Assist with identifying and implementing improvements in accounts receivable and other accounting processes.
Conduct assigned balance sheet reconciliations, identifying, and resolving any discrepancies.
Prepare and post assigned journal entries.
Assist with accounts payable processing when needed.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests.
Other accounting duties as assigned

Base salary range - $56,216 - $82,400/year. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job-related reasons.
