Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing team and see immediate impacts from your contributions as you help shape our growth strategy and expand key relationships. We are seeking an awesome Customer Service Rep to interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.  

  • Providing introductory information to new customers and partners
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products and services
  • Provide support on all technical platforms internally for customers (ReVU and InVU)
  • Work cross-functionally to solve unknown issues and determine any bugs or functionality inefficiencies in the products and softwares

Skills

  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions   Qualifications: Interpersonal and customer service skills
