Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing team and see immediate impacts from your contributions as you help shape our growth strategy and expand key relationships. We are searching for a sales support engineer to provide highly relevant technical support to a large group of customers and partners. This job determines, monitors, and provides solutions to the challenges clients face.This Sales support engineers will often deal with integrating our solutions and products with other partners solutions and feedback.

Assisting customers with account setup and application installations
Ensuring optimal application functionality by configuring networks
Troubleshooting IT issues by asking customers targeted questions
Providing customer with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems

Skills

Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer, without bring prompted
Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision
Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) along with our 2 user applications (ReVU and InVU)
Proven track record of being able to coordinate with multiple parties and teams across multiple projects simultaneously
